Castellan does not start from zero. We draw on the Bitkern Group and its decade of operating large-scale power and compute infrastructure: its operating expertise, its supplier and site network, and part of its team. Castellan is independent and develops its own sites, purpose-built for AI.
Through that network we have access to more than 5 GW of power, together with established supplier relationships and sites well suited to AI. For our customers, that means a shorter path to power.

Electrical, cooling and construction — planned, managed and delivered by one team until the facility is ready for IT load. We build our own portfolio this way, and offer the same capability to third parties for facilities they will own.
Two delivery models, both on a 15–20-year triple-net lease. Powered Shell: land, power, building shell and core infrastructure — you fit it out to your own specification. Turnkey data centre: fully fitted, with electrical distribution, cooling and white space — you only bring your GPUs.
NVIDIA H100, H200, B200 and GB200 systems, networking and storage — from single cards to complete, integrated racks. Sourced through the Bitkern Group's supplier network, with allocation, pricing and delivery logistics handled for you.
Bare-metal GPU clusters and reserved capacity blocks for training, fine-tuning and inference, worldwide. You contract with Castellan; we source the capacity from vetted third-party hardware owners, so you can book compute without building or buying anything.
